Committed

Joshua 11-24 At marriage we make a commitment to our mates to be faithful. Joshua calls for the children of Israel to make a similar commitment to God--to choose to make Him their God and put away others. They say they will serve and follow God. They probably intend to do so though they will soon be caught up in doing what is right in their own eyes.
Help me to do what is right in your eyes, God, to truly follow faithfully. Either you're my God or you aren't.
